Q: What types of games do you sell? A: We sell both new and used games for a variety of consoles, including PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, and PC.
Q: Do you buy used games? A: Yes! We offer cash or store credit for used games in good condition. Please note that we only buy games that are in demand, so we may not be able to buy all titles.
Q: Do you offer any warranties or guarantees on your products? A: We offer a 30-day warranty on all used games we sell. New games come with the manufacturer's warranty.
Q: Can I pre-order games from your store? A: Absolutely! We offer pre-orders for many upcoming titles. Contact us for more information.
Q: Do you offer trade-ins for games or consoles? A: Yes, we do! We offer store credit for trade-ins, which can be used towards the purchase of new or used games, consoles, or accessories.
Q: Do you offer repairs for consoles or accessories? A: Unfortunately, we do not offer repairs at this time. However, we may be able to refer you to a reputable repair shop in the area.
